 | Morning Star Legal & Migration Services was founded on the belief that access to Legal & Migration Advice should be affordable to all people. Michael and Isabel are both solicitors admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. They have a strong social conscience, and this is reflected in their involvement in Community Legal Centres and Church organisations, where they assist those less able to afford advice. They are committed to giving frank advice to their clients and an honest appraisal of their position in applying for particular visa classes. We also assist clients with enquiries about general law, in particular traffic offences, loss of licence, wills, and cases in the local courts, AAT, and NCAT. |
